摘要
根据涤纶纤维的特征以及FDY纺丝工艺对油剂的要求,以32#特级白油10%￣30%、油酸聚乙二醇酯20%～50%为油剂的主要成分,研制出了一种具有良好抗静电、润湿性、摩擦特性等性能的涤纶FDY纺丝油剂TF-710,应用于纺丝中,涤纶FDY丝的一等品率可达95%以上,油剂质量可以满足涤纶FDY生产工艺要求.
After the polyester fiber spinning features and the requirement of FDY spinning on oils, FDY spinning finish TF-710 for polyester fibers was prepd, with mineral oil No. 32 super 10%-30% and polyethylene glycol oleate 20%-50% as main components of the oil. The finish, showing good antistatic, wetting and lubricating properties, was used in spinning to give over 95% FDY fibers of first grade quality and to satisfy the FDY process requirement.
