The Performance Test and Production for Solid Alcohol of High Quality

摘要 根据固体酒精的制备原理,研究了固体石蜡、助燃剂、pH值及冷却方式对固体酒精性能的影响,经实验得到固体酒精的最佳制备条件。在此基础上研制出了具有硬度高、残渣少、无黑烟、易于保存等特点的优质固体酒精,并对其使用性能做了实验,其热值与液体酒精热值接近。 According to the principle of producing solid alcohol the effects of additives and technology on the performance of solid alcohol, such as pH, solid paraffin, combustion adjuvant and the method of cooling, were studied. Through experiences optimum condition has obtained. And the high grade solid alcohol produced by this way has several disadvantages, including hardness high, residue small, no dark smoke and easy to keep. Furthermore its operational performances were studied, which rests indicated that the thermal value of solid alcohol is equal to that of liquid alcohol.
