摘要
本文首次报道了草莓主要害螨神泽氐叶螨Tetranychuskanzawai重要天敌长毛钝绥螨Amblyseiuslongispinosus在不同温度下生长发育,以及温度对长毛钝绥螨的雌螨对神泽氐叶螨的捕食量、功能反应,数量反应等影响,以期了解长毛钝绥螨在草莓生长的寒冷季节对草莓神泽氐叶螨的控制能力。结果表明:在28℃±2长毛钝绥螨从卵→卵4.5~5d;12℃±2则需34.75~40d。温度与长毛钝绥螨发育历期的关系模型Y=54.64一1.8434x(r=-0.97);温度对长毛钝绥螨雌螨对神泽氐叶螨雌螨捕食量关系:Y=9.964+2.523x(r=0.96);温度与长毛钝绥螨产卵量关系:Y=-6.763+2.011x(r=0.91)。在不同温度下长毛钝绥螨对神泽氏叶螨的功能反应均属HollingⅡ型。在相同密度下长毛钝绥螨有随自身密度增加捕食量下降趋势其模型:A=21.8386P ̄-(0.3684)。
Thi;paper first reported the effects of temperature on life history and predatory func-tional response of Amblyseius longispinosus.The main results showed that ,modles of the relation- ship between temperature and life history, predation and amount of lay eggs of A.longispinosus ap- peared as:Y=54.64一1.843X(r=一0.97),Y=9.9684+2.5231X(r=0.96)andY=一6.763一 2.011X (r=0.91),respectively.The functional response of A.longispinosus to Tetranychus kan- zawai at 10℃+2,14℃+2,24℃+2. 28℃+2. 30℃+2 belonged to the modle of Holling Ⅱ.
