摘要
县级政府在旅游经济开发中发挥着不可替代的作用,但必须要有一个正确的价值理念,摆正政府自身的角色位置,从本地实际出发,发挥主导作用和政策导向职能。西峡县以“旅游名县”为目标,以“生态旅游”为品牌,利用资源优势,发挥政府的导向职能,发展旅游业,走出了一条成功之路。
The county government plays an important role in the counties tourism exploitation, but they must have a right value concept, put themselves in a right position, and imply theirs leading role as well as decision-making function according to location situation. Xixia County aims at “Famous Tourism County”, develops ecotourism under the governments leading depending on rich resources, and finds a successful way to develop tourism.
