摘要
目标管理被公认是一种科学的管理方式,但在高校推行的过程中,出现了对目标管理理论理解不当、机械照搬目标管理方式、违背高等教育规律等问题。正确理解目标管理内涵和特点,深入了解目标管理的构成要素,对高校有效实施目标管理具有重要意义。
As a modern scientific management mode, administration by objective has been attracted considerable attention in the higher-education. However, in the progress of implementation of administration by objective, there exist some problems： the theory of administration by objective is misunderstood; the way of that is copied mechanically ; and the education rules are violated. It is significant for actualizing administration by objective efficiently to comprehend the meaning and characteristics of administration by objective, and understand its composing factors.
