摘要
为了降低氯丁橡皮护套燃烧的发烟量和卤化氢释放量,使用Mg(OH)2、Al(OH)3和Sb2O3作为护套的阻燃剂及消烟剂。对护套及其电缆的性能的实验和测试结果表明,完全满足低烟低卤标准要求,其它性能也完全满足电缆相关标准要求。
To reduce the smoke mass and halogen acid mass of the burning chloroprene rubber sheathing compound, the Mg（OH）2, Al（OH）3 and Sb2O3 is used as the flame retardants and the smoke retardants of the formulation. The experiment results show that the formulation can be applied to produce shipboard cables.
