摘要
目的在血透患者中推广合理膳食,改善电解质营养,提高疗效和生存质量.方法采用营养治疗及营养评价.结果合理膳食结构比普食合理;合理膳食中电解质达RDA标准而普食不达标;提示合理膳食平均体重55.4kg>普食53.5kg(p<0.05)及临床表现比普食好,合理膳食疗效比普食高.合理膳食的血清电解质均正常,而普食则不正常.结论合理膳食,结构合理,营养改善,血清电解质正常,以致提高疗效和生存质量.建议推广合理膳食.
Objective To spread rational meals in hemodialysis patients,improve the dielectric untrition, improve the curative effect and quality of live. Methods The nutrition curative methods and nutritional evaluation were used. Results The meals construction ration in the rational meals than that the commonal meals; Table .2 is proved the dielectric reach RDA of standard in the rationsl meals, but then not reach RDA in the commonal meals; Showed the rational meals average weight 55.4kg 〉 common meals 53.5kg （p 〈 0.05） and the curative effect height in the rational meals than that the commonal meals; is proved normal valve of serum dielectric in the rational meals, but was not normal in the commonal meals. Concluslon The rational meal is construction ration ; dielectric nutrition improve ; Height is curative effect and quality of live. It suggests that rational meals should be spread.
