摘要
聚氨基葡萄糖对２７５株临床分离病原菌的体外抗菌活性测定结果表明，它具有天然的抗菌活性，抗菌谱较广，对革兰氏阳性菌、阴性菌及白色念珠菌均有明显的抑杀效果，为进一步开发提供依据。
In vitro antibacterial activities of chitosan against 275 clinical pathogens were studied. Results showed that chitosan has broad spectrum activities against Grampositive, negative bacteria, Candida,albicans and with rapid bactericidal as well.(Hanzhou Second People′s Hospital)
