摘要
目前教师的职业倦怠现象越来越突出,体育教师作为教师群体中的一部分,同样也存在着职业倦怠现象,但对于体育教师职业倦怠问题人们却很少给予关注。通过对高校体育教师职业倦怠的表现和根源进行了因素分析并提出了相应的对策,以期引起社会各界对体育教师职业及其工作生活质量给予更多的关注。
At present, languid phenomenon of teachers in their jobs is becoming more and more serious. Sports teachers, as a part of this profession, have this kind of problem, too. But the languid problem in job of the sports teacher is seldom paid close attention. This text focuses on the analysis of the form and origin of the university young sports teachers＇ languid behavior in job and puts forward some corresponding countermeasures, in the hope of causing all kinds of people in the society to pay more attention to sports teacher＇s job and life quality.
