摘要
本文以浙江省为例,揭示了“素质人力资本”对于推动浙江经济快速成长的意义,论证了“知识人力资本”不足对浙江经济进一步发展的影响及其解决方案,并由此深入分析和阐明了经济发展的文化支撑力。
This paper firstly analyses the defition of culture, the relationship between culture and economic development, and the embodiment of the concept of culture. Furthermore, with Zhejiang Province as a case for studying, it discusses that quality - based human capital has playing a key role in promoting Zhejiang＇ s economic growth, and that some absence of -knowledge - based human capital could defer Zhejiang＇ s further development. It also provides some solutions to promote Zhejiang＇ s knowledge- based human capital. Using this example, the paper explores the energy of cultural support for developing the economy.
