摘要
本文主要介绍创业企业管理区别于一般企业管理。加入W T O后创业企业面临的风险多种多样,形势更加严峻。为了提高创业企业的抗风险能力,增强创业企业的竞争力,就必须构建一套风险防范体系。风险防范体系的构建不能仅仅局限于企业具体的风险细目,而应从企业整体上加以考虑。
The article mostly introduces the difference, of the corporation management between the initial and other enterprises. The initial enterprise will be confronted with various risks under the rules of WTO. In order to enhance the anti-risk ability and boost up the competitive Dower of the initial enterprise, a system must be constructed against risks which cannot merely deal with enterprise risks, but should take the whole enterprise into account.
