摘要
目的探讨人性化护理服务在特诊病房施行的成效。方法对320例住院病人实施人性化护理,并在病人出院前1d调查病人对护理服务的满意度情况。结果病人对住院环境、健康教育、护患关系、技术水平、病房管理、出院指导满意率均为96%以上。结论施行人性化护理服务,对提高护理工作价值的内涵、病人满意度、医院的社会和经济效率有着积极的作用。
Objective To explore the effect of humanized nursing service in priority ward. Methods A total of 640 patients in priority ward were randomly divided into the control group and the study group. Conventional nursing care and humanized nursing care were applied respectively. The questionnaires designed to obtain patients feedback on discharge were used to evaluate the degree of nursing satisfaction. Result The degree of satisfaction of controlling group reached 90.68%, and the study group 98.60%. Significant differences were found (P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Application of humanized nursing service can promote nursing value and increase patients and their families' degree of satisfaction.
