护理干预对高脂血症病人血脂水平的影响

摘要 目的通过护理干预,建立高脂血症病人合理的饮食习惯和良好的生活方式,降低病人血脂水平,从而有效控制心脑血管事件发生。方法对62例高脂血症病人进行饮食结构及生活方式评估,根据评估结果进行疾病知识教育、饮食结构及科学生活方式指导。分别于1个月、3个月、6个月调查病人饮食、生活方式、心理状况及血脂水平。结果护理干预后1个月、3个月、6个月病人饮食、运动、体重、血胆固醇、疾病知识掌握较干预前明显好转,干预前后比较,P<0.01或P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论护理干预可明显改善病人饮食结构和生活方式,降低高脂血症病人的血脂水平。 Objective To help build up a reasonable dietary habit and a good living style for patients with hyperlipemia by nursing intervention, and to lower blood lipid and control the incidence of cardio-cerebral event. Methods The dietary habit and living style of 62 patients with hyperlipemia were evaluated while they had regular physical examination. According to the results of evaluation, patients were told about the knowledge of the disease and were given a consultation of dietary habit and living style. After 1 month, 3 months and 6 months, evaluations were made on patients' dietary constitution, living style, emotions and blood lipid level. Results Patients with hyper-cholesterol diet (〉300 g/d) and lack of exercise had a significant improvement after nursing intervention and the difference was significant (P 〈 0.001 ). Midnight snack, drinking and smoking were obviously controlled after nursing intervention. Emotions tended to get better after nursing intervention. Overweight (BMI〉25) was also improved after six months' nursing intervention (P 〈 0.05). Blood lipid (TC&LDL) was lowering and the difference was significant (P 〈 0.05) compared with lipid level of 1 month, third months and sixth months. Conclusions These results suggest that nursing intervention can obviously improve patients' dietary constitution and living style so as to lower blood lipid level of patients with hyperlipemia.
