摘要
用多变量频域稳定性判据，分析了自适应激光谐振腔系统的稳定性。针对千瓦级ＣＯ２激光非稳腔和五通道弱关联自适应光学系统的计算机模拟结果表明，多变量频域法研究自适应光学动力学系统的稳定性是有效的。
Using multi variable frequency domain stability criterion,this paper analyzes the stability of the adaptive laser resonator system.For 1kW CO 2 laser unstable resonator and five channel and weak correlative optics system,the computer simulation shows the validity of the multi variable frequency domain method to analyze the stability of adaptive optics dynamic system.
