摘要
在年产1.5万吨涤纶短纤维生产线扩容改造中,为符合环吹冷却的技术参数的要求,对原有的环吹空调机组进行节能改造。风量从35000m3/h增至42000m3/h,风机电机从90kW增至132kW,能耗大增。通过节能改造,采用SAN KEN变频器和西门子控制器取代风量节流调节和位式仪表控制,使其实际能耗大大下降,且系统稳定性增加。
During the capacity expanding of 15000 t/a Stable Fiber plant, The original circular blow air-condition was reconstructed in accord with the process data of the tempura of circular blow. As the flow increased from 35000 to 42000 m3/h, And the power of motor increased from 90 to 132 kW, The energy consumption was increased greatly. Through using the SANKEN transducer and Siments controller instead of throttle and On-Off controlling instruments, The energy consumption decreased rapidly, The system stableness was increased.
