拉力螺钉1/3管状钢板在三踝骨折合并下胫腓联合分离治疗中的应用 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨三踝骨折合并下胫腓联合分离的手术治疗。方法:回顾分析25例三踝骨折合并下胫腓联合分离采用拉力螺钉1/3管状钢板治疗的临床资料。结果:25例患者随访1~3年,优17例,良4例,可4例,其中3例患者复诊时拉力螺钉断裂,但功能均优。结论:拉力螺钉1/3管状钢板固定牢固,有利于早期功能锻炼。 Objective: To explore the operation with internal fixation for the ankle joint Cotton' s fracture and abruption of lower tibiofibular ligament union. Methods: Twenty-five cases of the ankle joint Cotton's fracture and abruption of lower tibiofibular ligament union operated with internal fixation were reviewed retrospectively. Results: Twenty-five cases were followed up for one year to three years. There were excellent results in 17 cases,good results in 4 cases, poor results in 4 cases. However, the lag screw to distal tibiofibular syndesmosis was broken in three cases. Concluslon:It is emphasized to stable internal fixation and to exercise early.
