现在许多医院都使用了计算机医院信息管理系统(HIS),而使用该系统工作站的大多数为护理人员,他们对于计算机方面的专业知识并不是很精通,在使用中会遇到一些问题。本文从使用者的角度探讨计算机信息管理系统出现的一些常见问题,并从使用人员角度给出解决的方法。帮助使用人员提高对HIS系统及计算机的使用和应对能力。
