紫外分光光度法测定氧氟沙星片的含量 被引量:3

摘要 目的采用紫外分光光度法测定氧氟沙星片的含量。方法利用氧氟沙星在293nm波长处有最大吸收的特点,测定其吸收度,并对该法与HPLC法测得的结果进行t检验。结果氧氟沙星浓度在2.5~8.5μg·ml-1范围内呈线性关系,样品回收率为99.74%,RSD为0.70%,t检验表明两者无显著差异。结论该法简单,快速。 Objective The content of ofloxacin in tablets was determined by UV-spectrophotometry. Method According to the best absorptivity in 293nm, Ofloxaein was determined, and the UV-spectrophotometry was compared with HPLC(t test). Result The linear range was within 2.5~8.5μg·mL^-1, the recovery was 99.74%, and RSD was 0.70%. There was no significant difference in t test. Conclusion The method is simple,rapid.
