摘要
目的:建立高效液相-质谱联用仪检测各类食品中苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠的方法.方法:采用HP100高效液相色谱-质谱联用系统;C18柱;流动相:甲醇:0.02 mol/L 乙酸铵=5:95;流速:1ml/min;检测波长:230 nm;质谱扫描( m/z ):50~500 amu;苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠选择性荷质比( m/z )为:121;111;182.结果:在质量范围内线性良好, r =0.9999,苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠回收率 92%~105%.结论:方法具有高度的灵敏性和专属性,能对食品中苯甲酸、山梨酸、糖精钠进行准确定性和定量检测,是可行有效的检测方法.
Objective:To establish a HPLC - MS method for identify and determination of benzoic acid, sorbic acid, sodium saccharin in food. Methods:The separation was carried on HPLC1100 series; reverse phase C18 column with mobile phase consisted of CH3OH: C H3 COONH4 ( 0. 02 mol/L) = 5: 95 ; flow rate was at 1.0 ml/min ; The benzoic acid, sorbic acid and sodium saccharin ion mass spectral were 121 m/z, 111 m/z, 182 m/z. Results:Good linearity between peak areas and concentration was obtained with relative coefficient 0. 9999. The recoveries were 92% - 105%. Conclusion:The method is sensitive and special features in identify and determination of benzoic acid. sorbic acid, sodium saccharin. It is a feasible method.
