摘要
文章探讨的问题是除了革命党人的打入和策反外,促成湖北新军辛亥首义的其他外部条件是,晚清政局的变化及相关之财政状况、波澜壮阔的革命风暴与报界的宣传、党人的革命策略及宝善里事件的影响。
By comparing with the Northern New Army, the essay has studied the external conditions for the Hubei New Army to rise in the 1911 Revolution, besides the revolutionists＇ activities for infiltrating and instigating rebellion this army. The author believes that it was the variations of the late Qing Dynasty＇s political situation and the corresponding financial condition, the revolutionary storm and the newspapers＇ agitprop for it, the revolutionists＇ tactics, and the Baoshanli accident that were the indispensable external factors which helped to bring about favor of the Hubei New Army＇ turning the gun round.
