摘要
本文将Lepak和Shell提出的人力资源混合配置模型与企业技术创新的演化路径理论结合起来,系统地分析了针对企业技术创新周期不同阶段(即技术路径产生阶段、技术路径演化阶段和技术路径跃迁阶段)的不同特征,跨国企业应采取的适宜的人力资源配置方式,并为此构建了一个基于技术创新演化路径的人力资源配置模型。
Combining the technological evolution path theory with the human resource allocate model which was offered by Lepak and Shell, this paper introduces the optimal model of human resource allocate for transnational enterprises in the light of different character of each phrase of technological innovation cycle which are technological emerge, technological evolution and technological leap.
