摘要
对船证不符问题存在的原因、危害后果进行分析,提出整改措施建议,以期规范船舶管理秩序,创造水运市场公平竞争环境,促进和谐社会的创建。
The paper analyses the causes and dangers that the ship＇s condition does not correspond with the certificate and then bring forward some measurements and advice, hopefully, which can regulate the shipping market in the name of faimess and competition.
