摘要
以自制的稀土改性固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2-MoO_3-La_2O_3为多相催化剂,乙酰乙酸乙酯和1,2-丙二醇为原料合成了苹果酯-B。研究了反应条件对产物收率的影响。实验结果表明,稀土改性的固体超强酸SO_4^(2-)/TiO_2-MoO_3-La_2O_3是合成苹果酯-B的良好催化剂,最佳反应条件为:n(乙酰乙酸乙酯):n(1,2-丙二醇)=1:1.8,催化剂用量为反应物料总质量的0.8%,环己烷为带水剂,反应时间60min,反应温度92~124℃。在上述条件下,苹果酯-B的收率可达79.1%。
Solid superacid SO4^2-/TiO2 - MoO3 - La2O3 catalyst was prepared. Fraistone was synthesized from ethyl acetoacetate and 1,2 - propylene glycol in the presence of catalyst SO4^2-/TiO2 - MoO3 - La2O3. The factors influencing the synthesis were discussed and the optimum conditions were determined as follows : molar ratio of ethyl acetoacetate to 1,2 - propylene glycol 1 : 1.8, amount of catalyst 0.8 % (based on total quantity of feed stocks), and reaction time 60 min. The yield of fraistone was 79.1% under above conditions. The result indicated that SO4^2-/TiO2 - MoO3 - La2O3 had a fairly high catalyst activity for the ketalation reaction and was an excellent catalyst for synthesizing fraistone.
