摘要
①目的探讨食管破裂并发液气胸的诊断及治疗。②方法应用术中全层间断缝合食管破裂口的方法治疗食管破裂并发液气胸12例。③结果11例病人手术治愈,1例死亡。④结论该病早期诊断很重要,术中全层间断缝合是有效的治疗方法。
Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of esophagus rupture complicated with hydropneumothorax. Methods Twelve cases of esophagus rupture complicated with hydropneumothorax were treated with full-thickness interrupted suture. Results Eleven were cured, and one died. Conclusion An early diagnosis is important and full thickness interrupted suture is effective for the damage.
