摘要
当代城市热气候呈现出热岛效应显著等病态特征,应通过自然调节手段予以改善。合理进行城市空间规划与设计是自然调节城市热气候的一种途径,即在城市总体层面上进行适当调控的基础上,采用合理的开放空间布局与设计,兼顾对气候自然调节的规划指标体系的控制,以及编制相关的规划与设计指引。
Warm climate in modern cities is characterized by such morbid symptoms as tropical island effect.Such morbid urban climate should be improved through natural regulating measures.One of the measures is to perform proper planning and design of urban space and to adopt the proper spatial layout and design plan based on proper adjustment in terms of overall planning of the city.Consideration should be given to the control of the planning target of climate natural regulation and related planning and design guide should also be worked out.
