摘要
通过对政府投资项目实施“代建制”的发展现状及推行意义的分析,研究了目前推广代建制存在的问题,并提出了解决问题的相关建议。
Based on analysis of current situation of representative construction system of government-invested projects, this paper studied the problems in promoting representative construction system, and put forward the corresponding suggestions to solve the problems.
