摘要
全纳教育思潮的根是西方的,它直接起源于美国1950年代的民权运动,但它有着深厚的社会历史文化渊源,那就是人类对自由、平等人权的追求。“强调参与,拒绝排斥”,是目前对全纳教育最新也是最普遍接受的阐释和理解,但关于全纳教育的争论定将继续存在。文章认为,全纳教育既是目的,又是过程和手段,我们应该有超越“全纳”的思想,在全纳教育的理论与实践中,综合考虑与其他各种社会、教育因素的协调关系,跳出森林看世界,结合实际,创造性地开展工作。
The ethos of inclusive education originated from the West, It was derived from American Civil Rights Campaign in 1950s directly, but it has deep social, historical and cultural sources, That is the pursuit of liberty and equal human rights. “Emphasizing participation, refusing ejection” is the most popular understanding of inclusive education. But disagreement on the understanding of inclusive education must continue. This paper argues that inclusive education is both the aim and the means, We must transcend “inclusive” and carry out inclusive education creatively.
