摘要
分析了大型活塞式压缩机管道振动原因,并提出了相应的减振技术对策,如缓冲罐消振、孔板消振、增设管架、改造管路系统设计、增设声学滤波器等。
The main causes of the pipe vibration of large piston-compressors are analyzed, and the related technical approaches for reducing the vibration are proposed, including the vibration reducing of buffering tank, pole-plate vibration reducing, pipe-shelf mounting, the innovation of the system design of compressor piping, and the addition of sonic wave filters.
