摘要
根据美国国家标准委员会制定的真菌体外药敏试验方法M-27A,M-38P,测定了那他霉素对黄曲霉菌、青霉菌、毛霉菌和白念珠菌的最小抑菌浓度,对那他霉素的抑菌和杀菌特性进行研究,结果表明:那他霉素对青霉菌的最小抑菌浓度为2.75 m g/kg,对黄曲霉菌为5.5 m g/kg,对毛霉菌为5.5 m g/kg,对白念珠菌为2.75 m g/kg.
The physico-chemical property and inhibit bacteria characteristic of natamycin were discussed, its MIC and the results of sterilization in vitro were studied. Concluded that natamycin is a reliabal kind of inartificial and biologic antiseptic which has broad-spectrum sterilization quality.
