摘要
对细菌在高pH值环境下的变异特征及抗药性规律进行了研究,掌握了硫酸盐还原菌、腐生菌的变异规律及变异特征,尤其是首次观察到4种不同类型的腐生菌。开发研制出了高效杀菌剂A2,并与筛选出的A3及油田常用杀菌剂A1进行了对比。室内试验表明,研制的A2杀菌剂当投加浓度为100mg/L时,杀菌率可达100%。
The mutation of bacteria and drug resistance in the high-pH environment is studied, and mutation laws and characteristics of sulfate reduction bacteria and saprobiotic bacteria are found out, Four types of saprobiotic bacteria are observed for the first time. The high-efficiency A2 bactericide developed is compared with A3 and A1 which is commonly used in oil field operation. The laboratory tests show that the bacteria killing rate of A2 bactericide is 100% at a dosage of 100 mg/L.
