摘要
通过对第三方物流的利弊分析,研究讨论企业如何集中有限资源发展主业和发挥专业特长,如何根据自身条件和需要选择是自营物流还是第三方物流,从而切实降低企业物流成本,提高竞争力等。
This article discusses the advantages and disadvantages of the third part logistics and the way the enterprise develops its main owners and expertise by using the limited resource economically, and whether the third part logistics or self- run logistics are chosen according to its own conditions and needs. So the enterprise can cut down the cost of logistics and increase the competing power.
