摘要
目的观察黄芪注射液、丹参注射液治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法46例慢性疲劳综合征患者用黄芪注射液、丹参注射液穴位注射肝俞、脾俞、肾俞,观察治疗前后症状积分改善情况及疗效。结果46例患者痊愈11例,占24%;显效18例,占39%;好转13例,占28.3%;无效4例,占8.7%。总有效率91.3%。治疗后症状积分显著低于治疗前(P<0.01)。结论黄芪注射液、丹参注射液穴位注射治疗慢性疲劳综合征疗效确切。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of chronic fatigue syndrome treated with acupoint injection of astragalus injection and Danshen injection.Methods 46 Patients with chronic fatigue syndrome were treated with acupoint injection of astragalus injection and Danshen injection. Improvement of symptom integral and therapeutic effect were observed before and after treatment. Results The apparent effect rate and total effective rate was 24.0 % and 92.1%, respectively. Conclusion Acupoint injection of astragalus injection and Danshen injection has a definite effect on chronic fatigue syndrome.
