摘要
本文阐述STR算法在漆包机微机控制系统中的应用,说明用单板机实现这种算法时应如何选择预报模型、可整定参数和数据类型等。论文还分析了STR算法产生参数折断现象的原因,提出了一种克服它的有效措施,该控制系统是成功地将现代控制理论用于工业过程控制的实例之一。
This paper describes the application of STR Algorithm to a microcomputer control system for enamelled wire machine and explains how to choose prediction model, adjustable parameters as well as data type when the algorithm is realized by single board computer. The reasons for the appearance of 'Parameter Break' phenomenon are analyzed. The authors propose an active method to dissolve this phenomenon. This control system is one of the examples of successful applicaiion of modern control theory to industrial process control.
