摘要
本文针对淮南矿务局张集矿井建设方案，应用灰色系统理论关联度分析法对参选方案进行评价，采用层次分析法（ＡＨＰ）确定指标的权值，给出了每个方案的综合评价值，为决策提供了科学的依据。
