摘要
根据实验室双辊铸轧铝薄带的实际条件,针对浇包在充满铝液至开浇前的停置过程中的温度变化问题,采用二维能量传输的数学模型和ANSYS有限元分析软件,计算了不同预热温度、不同保温方式下浇包内温度场随时间的变化规律,为确定合适的开浇时间提供了理论依据。
According to the actual conditions of twin - roll aluminium strip casting in the laboratory, aiming at the questions of fluid temperature fields changing with time in the ladle during the delaying process of aluminlum liquid, which is filled to the ladle, two - dimension mathematical model of heat transfer and the ANSYS finite element analysis software are adopted. On the conditions of different preheating temperatures and heat retaining , the rule of temperature field changing with time in the ladle is obtained. The simulative results can provide theoretical foundation to determine the optimum time of beginning to cast.
