摘要
阐述了课程管理体制的内涵、模式及发展方向。在分析了我国单一的集权型体育课程管理体制不足的基础上,从课程形态和课程管理两个方面对三级体育课程管理体制的内涵进行了解读,并以小学低年级课程内容构建为实例具体说明这种三级管理,最后提出了实现三级体育课程管理体制的改革建议。
The author expatiated on the contents, mode and development orientation of curriculum management system, On the basis of analyzing shortages of unitary and power centralized PE curriculum management system, the author interpreted the contents of level 3 PE curriculum management system from the two dimensional perspectives of curriculum form and curriculum management, specifically described such level 3 management based on practical example of construction of the contents of low class curriculum for elementary schools, and eventually offered reform proposals for realizing level 3 PE curriculum management system.
