The Advancement of Culture Research in Southern Flounder(Paralichthys lethostigma)

摘要 漠斑牙鲆肉质细腻,味道鲜美,幼鱼经驯化后可在淡水中生长。这些特点使养殖经营者对它十分关注,尤其是在美国。自1997年第一篇研究漠斑牙鲆催产方法的论文问世以来,有关漠斑牙鲆养殖的研究越来越多,但目前离大规模生产还有一定距离。为了引起国内养殖业界对漠斑牙鲆养殖研究的关注,本文报道了漠斑牙鲆人工养殖方面的研究成果,以飨读者。 The meal quality of southern flounder (Paralichthys lethostigma ) is exquisite and delicious. The larvae can live in freshwater by domestication. These traits are followed with great interest in recent years, especially in US. There have been more and more researches concerning the culture of southern flounder since the first paper published on its induced spawning in 1997. But the study of southern flounder is only in its preliminary stage; its culture techniques cannot be used in mass production. In order to pay a great deal of attention to what is going on in the study of the culture of southern flounder, the paper sums up the results in the study of artificial culture of southern flounder.
