摘要
研究了用废Ni MH电池正极材料制备电子级硫酸镍的浸出、净化和结晶工艺。浸出的最佳工艺条件为浸出时间30min、硫酸用量1.5倍理论量、搅拌强度600r min、液固比5∶1,在此条件下,镍的浸出率大于98%,镍的总收率大于93.1%,所得产品NiSO4·7H2O达到电子级硫酸镍的质量标准。
A study is made on the leaching, purifying and crystallizing processes for preparation of electron-level nickel sulphate using positive electrodes of spent Ni-MH batteries as raw materials. The optimum process conditions are as follows: leaching time of 30 min, 1.5 times theretical consumption of H2 SO4, agitating strength of 600 r/min, and a L/S ratio of 1 : 5. Under the above conditions, the leaching ratio of nickel is above 98 %, the overall nickel recovery is above 93.1% and NiSO4·7H2O meets the quality standards of electron-level nickel sulphate.
