Advances in matrix metalloproteinase of liver cancer

摘要 基质金属蛋白酶及其组织抑制因子主要参与细胞外基质的降解,在生理和病理过程中发挥重要作用。随着对基质金属蛋白酶系统研究的不断深入,其在各种恶性肿瘤侵袭和转移中的作用已成为研究的热点。原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)易发生早期转移,基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)与HCC浸润、转移密切相关,也是判断预后的指标之一。
