从公平、充足到自由选择权——美国基础教育财政诉讼的变化 被引量:3

摘要 本文主要分析了美国基础教育财政诉讼焦点的变化,从教育财政的公平到教育资源的充足,再到目前还存在争议的自由择校问题,由此介绍了教育财政诉讼的法律依据,而法律诉讼是推动美国教育财政改革的有效途径。
