摘要
目的观察利百素凝胶(复方七叶皂苷凝胶)对四肢创伤性闭合性骨折术后肢体肿胀的临床疗效和安全性.方法采用随机、双盲对照研究50对临床确诊为四肢创伤性、闭合性骨折并均接受开放复位及内固定患者,术后用1 g利百素凝胶/1%体表面积涂抹在切口周围,每日3～8次,3 d后进行疗效对比.结果治疗组和对照组受损肢体与未受损肢体同一部位周径值比例、对肢体肿胀紧绷感及肢体对压力疼痛敏感度三方面的比较均有统计学意义(P＜0.05),两组均无不良反应.结论利百素凝胶能安全有效地缓解和消除四肢创伤性闭合性骨折术后肢体肿胀.
Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Reparil Gel （ compound sodium aescinate gel） in the treatment of limb swelling following operation for extremities traumatic closed fracture. Methods 50 cases were performed randomized and double-blinded controlled study. All cases were extremities traumatic closed fractures and accepted open reduction and internal fixation. Reparil Gel was pasted around the incisions with the proportion of 1 g on 1% area of the whole body, 3 - 8 times per day. The effects were compared after 3 days, postoperatively Results The differences were significant in circumferences proportions of the injuried leg and the opposite leg on the corresponding planes, the swelling tensional sense and the tension pain sensitivity （ P 〈 0. 05） between the two groups No side effect was found. Conclusions Reparil Gel can safely mitigate and eliminate the limb swelling following operation for extremities traumatic closed fracture.
