摘要
大伙房水库输水(二期)工程取水建筑物结构复杂、型式独特、施工难度大,常规的组合钢模板分层施工具有耗财大、工期长、质量控制困难等不利因素,经研究采用滑模施工要比常规立模施工更能保证质量,降低成本,提高工效,减少安全隐患。本文介绍了该工程取水塔闸墩滑模的设计与施工工艺和方案。
The structure of the water intake works of Water Conveyance Project(Phase II)of Dahuofang Reservoir is complicated with a distinctive structure type and large construction difficulty;for which the layered construction with composite steel formwork has the unfavorable factors such as large expenditure,long construction period,difficult quality control,etc.,and then the sliding formwork is adopted after the investigation concerned,as it can ensure the quality,lower the cost,enhance the construction efficiency,decrease the potential safety hazard,if compared with the conventional erection of formwork.Furthermore,the design with the construction technology and scheme of the sliding formwork for the construction of the piers of the water intake tower in the project is described herein as well.
