摘要
由于孔雀石绿和无色孔雀石绿潜在的致突变、致畸和致癌危险性,许多国家均禁止其作为人类食用鱼的兽药和工业染料使用。综述有关孔雀石绿的结构、性质、代谢、暴露途径、对动物的毒性机理以及现今国内常用的检测方法。
Malachite green is an important industry raw material and effective medicament for treating saprolegniasis in aquaculture.However,it has become a highly controversial compound due to its potential highly residual and toxic characteristics.The article described the structure、hazard characteristic、metabolize、toxicology、exposure assessment and inspection methods of Malachite green.
