摘要
安徽高职院校金融保险专业发展存在人才培养方向不明、职业性特色不足、忽视地方性经济和行业发展需求等问题,难以满足本地金融业发展对高素质技能性人才的需求。应构建符合地方特色的金融保险专业人才培养模式,培养与行业、企业需求相适应的高技能型专业人才,实现高职教育与地方经济发展的良性循环。
There exist the following issues in the developemnt of finance and insurance majors in higher vocational colleges of Anhui Province:the unclear personnel training orientation,the insufficient professional characteristics,and the ignorance of local economy and industry development requirements,and it is hard to make a satisfaction of those local financial development with the high quality skill personnels.It is necessary to establish the finance and insurance personnel training mode with the local characteristics and cultivate the high-skilled professionals suitable to the requirements of industry and enterprises for the realization of benign circulation between higher vocational education and local economy development.
