氢氧化铝改性氮-磷环氧树脂阻燃性的研究与应用 被引量:4

摘要 分析了氢氧化铝的热分解温度和对氮-磷环氧树脂阻燃性的影响,讨论了氢氧化铝的用量对树脂胶液的燃烧等级、覆铜板抑烟效果的影响.结果表明:氢氧化铝经过特殊处理,其热分解温度从195.35℃提高到242.15℃;在氮-磷环氧树脂体系中,氢氧化铝的用量为20%~30%时树脂的燃烧等级(UL-94等级)可达到V0等级,LOI氧指数可达35%~36%以上,覆铜板的最大烟密度值降低到285.2以下,降低60%以上.利用氢氧化铝的阻燃效果,研制出综合性能比传统的无卤化FR-4环氧树脂覆铜板更好的新一代绿色无卤化覆铜板. The effects of the decomposition temperature of aluminum hydroxide on the flame retardance of N-P-epoxy resin were analyzed. The burning scale of the resin solution and the smoke density of the copper clad laminates (CCL) cased by the used level of aluminum hydroxide were discussed. With a special curing, the temperature of heat-degradation of aluminum hydroxide could be raised from 195.35 ℃ to 242.15 ℃. When the used level of aluminum hydroxide in the resin was 20%-30%, the scale of burning of the resin solution was in the rank of V0 and the oxygen index of LOI was more than 30, the biggest smoke density level of CCL decreased from 680. 6 to 285. 2, a reducion of almost 60%. Based on the flame retardance of aluminum hydroxide, a new green halogen-free CCL was prepared and its complex properties were better than those of the conventional CCL.
