孔加工振动切削的断屑机理

Research on the mechanism of chip breaker while drilling for deep hole on vibratory cutting condition

摘要 分析孔加工中常用的麻花钻、扩孔钻、深孔单刃钻等振动切削的断屑机理,得出各种钻头振动切削的最佳条件,包括振动发生器的最小振幅、振动频率和工件转速断屑的最佳比值及各种情况的断屑层图。 Applying the mechanism of chip breaker on vibratory cutting condition to the analysis of the common hole-drilling tools such as twist drill ,expanding drill,single-cutting drill for deep hole and so on, the author educed the optimum condition of hole drilling tools used in vibratory cutting which can be extended to the general multi-blade drill as a universal law. The optimum ratio for chip-breaking of the least amplitude of vibrator,frequency of vibratory and work speed and the chip-breaker lay diagrams on different kinds of conditions are also provided. So the theory and data mentioned above enrich the theoretical foundation of hole-drilling on vibratory cutting condition and initiate a favorable condition for generalizing the use of vibratory drilling.
