克癌新及其拆方对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长和细胞因子的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Keaixin and its Components on the Tumor Growth and Level of Cytokine in Tumor-bearing Mice

摘要 目的研究克癌新及其组分对荷瘤小鼠肿瘤生长和细胞因子水平的影响,探讨其组方的合理性。方法建立小鼠肉瘤S180和小鼠肝癌H22移植性肿瘤模型,以瘤重抑制率为指标观察对肿瘤生长的作用,采用E lisa法测定对荷瘤小鼠细胞因子白介素-2(IL-2)、白介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-12(IL-12)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平的影响。结果克癌新在150,300 mg.kg-1时对小鼠肉瘤S180的生长抑制率分别为38.52%,47.88%,对肝癌H22生长抑制率分别为32.17%,40.18%,且能升高荷瘤小鼠细胞因子IL-2、IL-6、IL-12、TNF-α的水平,其作用强于其它各组分。结论克癌新能产生明显的协同抗肿瘤作用,其机制可能与升高机体细胞因子水平有关。 Objective To study the effects of Keaixin and its components on the level of cytokine and tumor growth in tumor-bearing mice.Methods The inhibitory effect on tumor growth was observed by the models of implanted sarcoma 180(S180) and hepatoma 22(H22) in mice.The levels of TNF-α,IL-2,IL-6 and IL-12 in tumor-bearing mice was investigated by Elisa assay.Results At dosage of 150 and 300mg · kg-1,the inhibitory rates of Keaixin were 38.52% and 47.88% for S180,32.17% and 40.18% for H22,respectively.Keaixin could increase spleen index and thymus gland index,and enhance the expression levels of TNF-α,IL-2,IL-6 and IL-12.The effect of Keaixin was superior to its components.Conclusion Keaixin has significant anti-tumor synergistic effect and the mechanism may be related to enhancing the level of cytokine.
