摘要
[目的]研究小叶锦鸡儿二氯甲烷萃取物对小鼠炎症的抑制作用.[方法]将小鼠随机分组,分别灌胃给予不同剂量的小叶锦鸡儿二氯甲烷萃取物,采用二甲苯及巴豆油致小鼠耳壳肿胀,7 d后观察耳壳肿胀度.[结果]小叶锦鸡儿二氯甲烷萃取物中剂量组小鼠二甲苯和巴豆油所致耳壳肿胀度明显降低.[结论]小叶锦鸡儿二氯甲烷萃取物对小鼠炎症具有抗炎作用.
OBJECTIVE To study the anti-inflammatory effects of CH2Cl2 extract of the Caragana microphylla Lam in mice.METHODS The mice were randomly divided and intragastrically administated with different doses of CH2Cl2 extract of the Caragana microphylla Lam separately,and the degree of swelling of ears induced by xylene and croton oil was observed after 7 days in mice.RESULTS The middle dose of CH2Cl2 extract of the Caragana microphylla Lam inhibitted significantly the degree of swelling of ears induced by xylene and croton oil in mice.CONCLUSION The CH2Cl2 extract of the Caragana microphylla Lam has anti-inflammatory effects in mice.
