摘要
以SiO2纳米管作为填料加入到液体硅橡胶(LSR)中,并以粒子沥滤法制备了LSR微孔材料。研究表明,适量SiO2纳米管的加入,可以使材料的损耗因子变大,阻尼效果变好;弹性模量明显降低;对其拉伸强度和撕裂强度也有一定的补强作用,加入2%(质量分数)的SiO2纳米管可使拉伸强度达到最大值;加入1%(质量分数)的SiO2纳米管时撕裂强度最大。
In this article,the silica nanotubes is used to modify the LSR microporous material.We found that it can enlarge the loss factor,improve the damping,distinctly reduce the spring modulus.The apt quantity of silica nanotubes is vital.The tensile strength in 2 percent reaches the maximum-4.059MPa,and the tear strength in 1 percent reaches the maximum 0.76N/cm3.
