摘要
以TMPCl/TiCl4//DTBP为引发体系,己烷和一氯甲烷为溶剂,在-80℃下,通过可控正离子聚合法合成了聚(对甲基苯乙烯-b-异丁烯-b-苯乙烯)三嵌段共聚物。首先考察了3种单体的反应活性,利用单体活性的不同,顺序加料,合成完好结构的三嵌段共聚物,并采用1H-NMR、RI、DSC、TG等测试手段对产品进行了表征。结果表明,单体的反应活性为:对甲基苯乙烯>>异丁烯>苯乙烯;从高活性的对甲基苯乙烯碳正离子活性中心可以顺利转向反应活性相对低的异丁烯单体,也可以进一步转向反应活性较异丁烯稍低的苯乙烯单体;同时,通过DSC、TG测试结果可以看出产品具有很好的热力学性能。
In this paper,poly(p-MS-b-IB-b-St)was synthesized by living carbocationic polymerization using the TMPCl/TiCl4/DTBP initiating system in-80℃.Reactivity of three monomers was studied firstly,and then well-defined tri-block copolymers were synthesized by the sequential addition of the alternative monomers.The experimental results showed that monomer reactivity:p-methyl styrene>>isobutylene>styrene.The active center can transfer from high reactive monomer(p-MS)to low reactive monomer(IB)and the new active center can also transfer to the lower reactive monomer(St).DSC,TG detection indicated that the products have good thermodynamic properties.
